Mitt Aidn lets users of municipal health and care services apply, message staff and follow up services digitally
- Mitt Aidn is a website where you can contact the municipality's health and care services. It is used by home care, nursing homes, respite housing and residential communities, and by teams such as the dementia team and the substance abuse and mental health service. GPs do not use Mitt Aidn, but use Digital dialog on Helsenorge.
- Everyone who gets help from the municipality gets access automatically. You log in with BankID at mitt.aidn.no. Relatives must ask for access, and the patient must agree. You can withdraw your consent. Using Mitt Aidn is voluntary.
